▪ Monitors safety breaches and lost times due to injuries

▪ Company employees and Managers hold regular monthly safety meetings at which safety aspects are discussed at length. Any outstanding matters are resolved and Procedures are implemented immediately if required.

➢ Management and employees treat SAFETY AT WORK as a personal priority.

On our major Projects, a Safety Officer is designated amongst staff to implement and monitor safety at work site. The Safety officer assesses site hazards and discusses it's with management and staff. Safety meetings are held regularly and hazards are identified, assessed and controlled. Any specific site problems are discussed immediately with the Main Contractor and Principal so that problems may be resolved urgently.
